Our Story
Started at a simple meeting in 2019
In September 2019, at a lean conference in Austin, Texas, a group of women in lean got together to discuss what women in lean wanted, what women in lean needed, and what we could do to help.
Out of that gathering, hosted by Founding Mothers Karyn Ross, Dorsey Sherman and Crystal Davis, Women in Lean – Our Table, was born. A grass-roots, co-creative movement, women in lean is open to all people interested in raising the voices of women in lean.
